The standard 12 ton van was the basis for the 10ton insulated meat van, the absense of any vents being noticable. The insulated sides and ends made for a reduced floor area and meat bars and hooks were provided. When photographed at Millerhill on 23 February 1963 B872112s body was white with black lettering.
